All pricing includes 18-24hr wear, silicone based airbrush foundation, custom blended to each clients individual skin tone.

(If requested, traditional liquid, powder, or cream foundation can be used instead.)

Bridal Trial Makeup  Application- $150.00 (Includes false lashes) *20% of trial fee is applied towards event total if a signed event contract & deposit are received within 30 days of the trial date

Boudoir or Engagement photos / Bridal shower / Rehearsal dinner Makeup Application- $125.00 (If a bride books a Wedding Day Application, Bridal Trial, and one other additional application- 20% is taken off the 3rd application as a Multiple Application Discount)

Tattoo coverage- Starting at $40.00+ (Depending on the size of the covered area)

False Lash Application- $20.00 for strip lashes/ $25.00 for individual lashes. Lashes are supplied by the artist and take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to apply correctly. (If the client decides to provide their own lashes, the fee is reduced to $15.00 for strip and $20.00 for individual)

Bridal Updo Styling (includes Trial)- $225.00

Bridal Updo without Trial- $125.00

Updo/ Formal Hair Styling (this includes any pinned or half up looks)- $85.00

Blowout Styling (on towel dried hair, does not include use of hot tools (curling iron, flat iron, etc.))- $60.00

Addition of Hot Tools to Blowout Styling (Curls, or Flat Iron)- $15.00 ($75.00 total)

Curls or Flat Iron Only (on clean, dry hair)- $50.00

Touch up/ Stay on Location Services- $100.00 per hour, per artist (Marked at 30 min intervals)

Destination Weddings & Events- (Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport, RI, New York and beyond)

Leanne and her team frequently travel throughout New England, including the Cape and the islands for events. They are also available to travel to your destination wedding anywhere within or outside of  the US. Contracts, Payments & Retainers: A signed service agreement & retainer is required to secure your event date. A date will not be held for anyone without a signed agreement and retainer for services. The required retainer fee is 25% of the total event balance. The deposit is applied to the total cost and the remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the scheduled event. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, credit card (+3% fee), or Venmo. Checks can be made payable to Leanne Sorrentino Makeup Artistry.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event date and will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice the deposit becomes non refundable. This includes changes to the original number of services in the signed agreement. Services for additional people in the bridal party can be added up to 48 hrs before the event and must be paid in full. Changes to agreed contract less than 48 hrs from the event will try to be accommodated but can not be guaranteed. This excludes the addition of false lashes and touch up services. 

We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule any trial appointments. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Service Location & Requirements: The location of services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. A table/ work area, chair, trash can, and outlets will need to be made available for the Makeup Artist and/ or Hair Stylist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performedproperly. Artists and/or Stylists will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to start time to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by email or text.

Delays in Start Time: Please have any persons receiving services be prepared to start at the time stated on the event contract. All clients receiving makeup services should arrive with a clean face (especially no mascara). This is very important in order to complete all applications in the allotted time. Please include a list of names and what services each person will be receiving when booking, so a schedule of services can be created for the day of the event. Any person who fails to be present/ ready at the scheduled start time should be prepared to forfeit their slot in order to keep to the assigned timeline. A refund of forfeited services will not be offered on the day of the event.

Photo Release: Photos taken at the trial or any professional photos that include work done (hair or makeup) by LSMUA may be used as examples of work for future clients to view. All vendors, including the photographer and/or videographer, will receive proper credit for any work posted on the website/ portfolio/ social media. The client agrees to the use of these photos unless specifically stated otherwise.

Liability: Leanne Sorrentino Makeup Artistry is fully certified & insured. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary and are resanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition or infection (including but not limited to HSV, Cellulitis, Conjunctivitis, Staph, or bacterial/ viral infections) MUST be reported prior to the event/ application. If the client and/or any person included in the service contract fails to give notice of any of these conditions, the artist/ stylist has the right to refuse service as to maintain sanitary standards of his/her products. Client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

False Eyelashes: False eyelashes may be added to any makeup application service for a fee of $20.00. Lashes will be supplied by the artist and take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to apply correctly. If the client wishes to supply the lashes of her choice, that client will be charged $15.00 to have the lashes applied instead of the regular fee of $20.00. (Pricing for individual lashes varies)

Touch-up/ Stay on Location Services: There is an additional $100.00 per hour charge for the makeup artist or hairstylist to stay on location for touch-ups and/or makeup changes. Touch up services are marked at 30 minute intervals and the cost is due at the time of service if not already included on the original signed contract.

Parking Tolls & Fees: The client will be held responsible for any parking fees incurred because of parking limitations, including but not limited to fees associated with valet, garage, or street parking, and are to be paid in full in cash to the Principal Makeup Artist or Stylist on the date of the event.

Travel Fees: Leanne Sorrentino Makeup Artistry charges a $60.00/hr, round trip travel fee for on-location services for any location 10+ miles from zip code 01960. An additional $0.58/mile (IRS standard mileage rate) will be added per additional artist if applicable. Any additional costs- including overnight accommodations, alternative methods of travel (plane, train) are not included in the standard travel fee. Fee rate is based on the travel time to the address provided on the event contract. Travel fees are calculated by the total amount of travel time minus the complimentary travel radius. Any location requiring a departure time prior to 5:30am will require overnight accommodations for the artists/stylists. (Please note: Travel to Cape Cod, Long Island and certain rural locations may incur an additional long distance travel fee.)

Holiday/ Holiday Weekend Bookings: An additional $100.00 will be added to any event contract for Holiday and/or Holiday weekend events.

Early Morning Fee: For any service requiring an arrival time prior to 8:30am, an additional early morning fee will apply as follows:  Arrival between 7:00am and 8:30am will incur a $50.00 early morning fee. Arrival between 5:30am and 7:00am will incur a $100.00 early morning fee.  Arrival prior to 5:30am will incur a $150.00 early morning fee and overnight accommodations. 
Bounced check fee: A fee of $35.00 will apply to any bounced checks. Alternate method of payment will be required immediately.

*Client will be given an updated invoice on the day of the event which will include any of these incurred fees.
